Los Angeles Headshots // Teruko Kataoka

Love these headshots taken of versatile actress Teruko Kataoka during our 2 hour headshot session in Santa Clarita, located in Northern Los Angeles.  In a matter of minutes we were able to go from shooting headshots in a cool, sometimes gritty urban area to shooting among trees and wild animals in a beautiful state park.  As a Los Angeles headshot photographer I am always looking for locations that can compliment and reinforce the mood and look my clients and I are after.  The variety of locations in Santa Clarita really added to this session.

Teruko was a lot of fun to photograph and hang out with.  If I were a casting director I would cast her in any role that called for a beautiful young lady with a confident, quirky attitude and personality.  A  romantic comedy would suit Teruko perfectly!

Santa Clarita Headshot Photographer

If you're an actor, my goal as a headshot photographer is to provide your agent and manager with headshots that enable them to get you in front of casting directors and increase your auditions and bookings. An effective headshot will help you increase the number of auditions you go out on and increase your chance of being cast in the roles you're seeking.  Or if you're new to the business, and finding agency representation is your goal, you'll find that a strong headshot is the most important tool in getting you through agency doors.

Fixate Studios headshot sessions include a 2 hour session in several different locations, several looks, a password protected online gallery with a hundred or more images to choose from and 3 fully edited print-ready photos (color, crop, professional retouching). Clients are provided with a password protected online gallery where they can directly download their photos.  Or, for an additional fee, a custom designed DVD is available containing your high resolution images (example of disk below). We photograph headshots in Santa Clarita, Hollywood, Burbank and all over the San Fernando Valley. Contact us today to learn more about our headshot photography and how we can help take your career to the next level.

Family Portrait Framed Prints - Fun & Fabulous!

These amazing framed prints are for Lisa.  The prints measure 24"x36" and 20"x30" - sans frames.  Add the frames and they are... well... substantial.   And stunning.  They'll command a lot of real estate on Lisa's wall and will make an impact on anyone that sees them.   But most importantly, every time Lisa and her family sees these framed prints they will remember that specific moment in time.  A precious, fleeting moment in their young lives never to be repeated... but also a moment in their lives never to be forgotten, thanks in part to these beautiful framed prints.

(If you're curious to see more from this family portrait session you can link to my original blog post from a few months ago here - Family Session)

Mitchel Wu Photography offers custom framed prints in nearly any size.  And with thirty beautiful frames to choose from you can be assured of finding a frame that complements any room and decor.
