365 Photo Series #23 - Rolls of Sod

Another entry for my 365 photo series.  Photos, for me, are about light, color and composition. And capturing a moment in time. Emotion often plays a role. Sometimes it's for the viewer, other times it's just for me.

September 11, 2012 - bringing Angie to school this morning I noticed these huge rolls of sod waiting to be rolled out in the park next to the school. Went home to grab the camera as this deserved more than a cell phone pic. These are the suburban equivalent of hay bales.
